That hands-on experience ultimately led me into leadership, where I advanced from Branch Manager to District Manager to Regional Vice President and Principal Broker for one of the most productive real estate companies in the country. In that role, I oversaw the strategic growth, legal compliance, and daily operations of more than 700 agents across Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia, gaining deep, behind-the-scenes insight into risk management, valuation strategy, and market dynamics.

Today, I bring that combined sales and executive perspective back to the client side of the business, serving as a trusted advisor to buyers, sellers, and investors who value thoughtful guidance and long-term results.
